First time attending this brilliant event. Very well organised and the staff, marshals, and other runners were very friendly. The flexible start and lap format made the whole day far more chill than a traditional race. Will absolutely be doing more LPR events in the future. PS: This STTA route was really cool, but it's a very technical trail, with lots of uneven ground and tree roots. Come prepared for a challenge.

lovely event. well organised and the route was clearly marked. it was steep in places and more tree roots than I expected but still a fun experience. having only been running for 8 weeks it was a challenge for me, but one I'd do again!

Really friendly team to support. The trail itself is challenging enough to keep you thinking - it was dry when I did it but I can imagine it would very unpleasant in places in the wet.
If I'm going to be picky, I'll say that the aid table felt a little bare - packs of crisps or other savoury options other than potatoes would have been a nice addition.
But, other than that, a lovely run, in a great environment, well marked route and some friendly marshals.

Great event thoroughly recommend to any type of runner,, love the way you can just “ rock up and run” perfect for me

I thought the event was fantastic. The staff, area, and route were great. Thank you so much to everyone involved. That was my first ever organised run, so you made it easy and enjoyable.

I enjoyed starting when I wanted rather than brave the typical stampede style start. The course had very clear signs all around

Running along with deer was incredible!

My first lapped event and it did not disappoint; even the rain was a welcome addition! Great support and encouragement from the organisers and marshals, very well stocked aid station and, most importantly, the route had a bit of everything - trail, road, technical (in parts), views, wild life and a downhill to the finish line. Looking forward to next year.

Loved flexible start. Nice choice of snacks. Marshalls & running company so encouraging even when thinking not doable.

The format, doing as many 5 km loops as you wanted was super fun. It also meant my friends and I of different running ability could all come along and have a go. The course had a decent amount of elevation but nothing crazy. It was really well sign posted throughout. The aid station was great!
